We have not raised the annual $100 fee since the formation of the association in 2004!
Homeowner dues support the basic needs of the neighborhood, paying for street lights, entrance lighting, water for bridge and entrance landscaping, common area maintenance, plus insurance and other incidental expenses. Entrance landscaping is funded by donations. We rely on non-paid volunteer labor and homeowner pride to protect the attractiveness of our community!
BOTTOMLINE: your funds help to protect the value of your home and our lovely neighborhood.
Payment is due by July 31st. We also ask for a $25 donation to help with entrance maintenance, and this year, to help pay for removal of a leaning tree at the entrance to prevent it from falling on the new house recently built.
