HOA dues support the basic needs of the neighborhood, paying for street lights, entrance landscaping, lighting and water, common area maintenance, plus insurance and other incidental expenses. We rely on non-paid volunteer labor and homeowner pride to protect the attractiveness of our community!

Invoice for July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022 Fiscal Year will be posted here by June 30th. Annual dues are $100 and we ask for an extra donation of $25 for extraordinary expenses associated with entrance maintenance. We have a tree that must be removed asap.
