We have not raised the annual $100 fee since the formation of the association in 2004!
Homeowner Dues Support:
* Basic needs of the neighborhood such as street lights, entrance electricity, water for entrance and bridge landscaping, common area maintenance, plus insurance, communication and other incidental expenses.
* Entrance & bridge landscaping projects and holiday decorations. We rely on non-paid volunteer labor and homeowner pride to protect the attractiveness of our community!
BOTTOMLINE: your funds help to protect the value of your home and our lovely neighborhood.
